In addition to providing you with the highest standard of service at competitive prices we have created an extra incentive to our valued property managers. We have initiated this bonus incentive scheme to thank you for your loyalty to us. As a member of the PROPERTY PLUS programme you are personally rewarded for just doing your job!

Every time you book a service or installation job you receive credit points on your personal account. When we invoice you for an installation you gain 25 points and a service call or repair gains 15 points.
Your quarterly goal is to reach 500 points.

This is easily attainable. The following is a realistic example:
10 installs @ 25 points = 250
20 service calls @ 15 points = 300
TOTAL POINTS: 550

There is a range of rewards based on the number of points achieved. One example is that if this target is reached you receive a voucher for a dinner for two at an exclusive local restaurant.
